Laser Therapy for Knee Pain

Yeah, we see a lot of knee pain in here. People come in because stairs are getting harder, or their knee just feels stiff and achy all the time, or it flares up after they’ve been on it too long.

We use high-intensity laser therapy for a lot of those cases. It’s basically a focused light that goes deep into the tissue around the joint. It helps calm down the inflammation and gives the cells a little boost so they can start repairing better. Most people say it just feels like a warm, soothing sensation while we’re treating it — nothing painful.

A lot of folks notice their knee feels less swollen and moves a little easier after a few sessions. We usually do a series of treatments because the results tend to build over time. And there’s no downtime — you can go right back to whatever you were doing afterward.

If your knee’s been bothering you and you’re looking for something non-invasive to try, it’s definitely something we can look at. Just let me know and we can talk through whether it makes sense for what you’re dealing with.
